Who is Jerry Kezhaya?
Jerry is a founder of Business Builder Mentor & Mastermind, and co-creator of The Men of the Round Table. He helps men learn the mindset and processes for creating income and wealth so that they can have the freedom to do what they want, when they want, all while providing for and building a legacy for their family.
Jerry started in Dallas at age 21 with $1,100, his tool box, a rusted-out old car, and a fire in his belly to make something of himself.
In the beginning he struggled a lot and worked really hard.
There were setbacks... like a divorce, IRS issues, embezzlement and huge debts.
So, he read like crazy, attended at least one seminar a month, and eventually spent over $500K in seminars and courses.
In these courses and seminars he learned the right thinking and systems on how to build his income.
He also had a great mentor who showed him the way to pay himself first, rather than the landlord.
These two key things put Jerry on the path to real lasting wealth, and helped him develop the knowledge of how to produce it again and again.
He started his first company at age 22 (and it's still going, since 1981), became a self-made millionaire by 35 years old, and a multi-millionaire by the time he was 40 years old.
Jerry now makes $40 - $50K in passive income from investments each month. He's built and sold multiple businesses, as well as bought and sold multiple pieces of land (each one, for profit).
AND he travels 2-3 months of the year with his wife, Laura, as well as being involved in the local community.
The bottom line is that he's got more than enough cash on hand to live well beyond his lifetime.
