Here is today's summary
 
Update: 
  1. Could not open CIBC account so will open Live Oak bank account
  2. Love languages with employees - Jim is touch, Scarlet words of affirmation, touch and gifts, Donna gifts, Wendy acts of service
  3. Get emails restarted - system created to reach out to the people who came to his website, used Chat GPT to create the formulas
  4. Maintenance plan from colleague - need to implement
  5. flow chart of client experience - 
  6. Pam - need to sit down and let her know what she will be paid
  7. referral marketing - at least 3 financial planners per week and add them to newsletter list, handwritten thank you notes
  8. budget is pretty much done - need bookkeeper replacement
  9. "How to Manage" is gone - no recent response, needs to make sure they do not take payment tomorrow
  10. $72K in Jan 2022 this year is $55
  11. Leads are lower b/c not spending on p/click
  12. Google LSA (local search ads) providing an 8x ROI, has the opportunity to dispute leads
  13. Consolidating software to save time and accuracy, better reports
  14. needs to increase leads and conversion
  15. Debt:
    • EIDL loan - $200K
    • CC $5K- business
    • CC $3K - business
    • rent one month
    • BBMM $1500
    • 4 months to web developer $600 each = $2400
 
Accounting of time:
  1. delete games on all things
  2. turn phone to B&W
  3. stop reading the news
  4. stop wasting time on phone and iPad instead of going to sleep
  5. turn off all notifications  - they are interruptions - use deep focus mode all day, always keep it on
  6. block fakebook
  7. set out a schedule for sleep, exercise, email
 
Growth Work Priorities:
  1. marketing plan
  2. referral system
  3. maintenance plan
  4. nurture campaigns
  5. pay structure for Pam
  6. opening the bank account for FFA (building fund)

Update:

  1. has posted the ad for Litigation / Probate attorney
  2. on track to bring in 700-800K this year (over 400% increase since starting with BBMM)
  3. even with the increase he is still having cash flow issues.

Growth work:

  1. needs to have TWO or more "technicians/ producer" for each position: Estate, Lit/ probate, paralegal to have the cash flow and ability to take time off. Because if one quits he is in a bind.
  2. went through P&L statement and cash sheet to see where expenses can be cut. Main areas were Personal Development (mindset calls) and software. 
  3. after cutting the expenses  tally up the savings and send us the dollar amount.

Questions:

  1. possible down-sell: online documents drafted w/o paying an attorney $2100/ year "Lawyers with Purpose" Guider.Legal
  2. payroll requirement - pay weekly salary to himself?
  3. Marketing plan
  4. Pam is down to two days per week instead of five
  5.  

 

Growth work:

  1. find out if "Lawyers with Purpose" payment is before or after the client fills in the information. If it is before they start to fill out the information then proceed.
  2. Pay himself a weekly salary that will cover the bare minimum and then pay himself a bonus based on "paid for performance"  
  3. put bonus into the FFA (use the base salary for living expenses and the other "Jars") 
  4. create system for calling past clients 
  5. Referral source campaign - resume little gifts 
  6. be on fire for the next two months to build up a "Bucket of Money" to hire an attorneys $10K
  7. Update ad for Attorney and re-post
