What Is True Business Freedom?

How About Taking 4-5 Months Off Every Year?

Meet the entrepreneurial couple who approach business as a formula with exact systems that 'freaking work!'

Breaking a million dollars in 1992, The Auto Shop, Plano Texas, is a multi-million-dollar car repair shop in an industry where their average competitor only does $350,000 a year.

That alone would be reason to take notice.

However, husband and wife team Jerry Kezhaya and Dr. Laura Shwaluk have not one, but six highly profitable businesses. In addition to The Auto Shop, they owned and ran the multi-million-dollar Express Exterior Car Wash business, the 7-figure chiropractor business NTC Health and Fitness, and a 100% occupied retail shopping center, which when purchased, was only 11 percent occupied. They also own the Texas Wine Posse, which Jerry describes as "a hobby out of control." In addition to wine accessories, they bottle their own wine.

They paid cash for the 154.5 acre ranch in Texas with a huge house. Their weekend getaway.

And their most recent passion, which quickly grew to six-figures in just two years, is their Business Builders Mentor and Mastermind, a coaching and mentoring group teaching business owners how to own a business that gives true freedom.

Even more impressive is that Jerry and Laura have done more than make a lot of money. They've discovered how to create real freedom. Taking an impressive four to five months off a year, every year, for the last four years. With one business that would be incredible: multiply that by six businesses, and we're sure you'll agree, it makes sense to pay attention to every word they have to say.

"What allows us to do that, is that business is a formula." says Laura. "When you have the formula in place, then you don't have to be at the business."

Jerry Kezhaya

“I am willing to do today what others won’t so that tomorrow I can do what others can’t!”

That thought was what kept me going during the hard times in my life. Including when I was paying over $45,000.00 each (and every) month to the banks because I was over $5 Million in debt.

I had to repeatedly get the bank to work with me when they wanted to foreclose on my loans. Extra commercial property appraisals demanded by the bankers because my property values had fallen so much. Adding many thousands of dollars to an already upside-down world.

That did not include the property taxes, utility bills, payroll, child support, etc. Forced to work every single day, not being able to take time off. I could not afford to get sick.

Yes, I can tell you about struggle.
Yes, I understand having more month than money.
Yes, I understand the demands of lenders.
Yes, I can tell you about disappointing my children.
Yes, I can tell you about not being able to afford things that I wanted.
Yes, I can tell you about robbing from Peter to pay Paul. (Peter doesn’t like it!)
Yes, I can tell you about disappointing my wife.
Yes, there were many arguments over money
Yes, I can tell you about divorce.
Yes, I learned a lot.

Today, it is completely different.

I am married to my best friend. We have been together since 1999 and our relationship gets better every day.

I have lived in the same house for 30 years. (It was paid off over 15 years ago.)
I drove the same vehicle for 17 years before I upgraded. (Now, when I do upgrade, it is always “Paid in full.”) My wife drove the same vehicle for 11 years before we upgraded. (Again, it is always “Paid in Full.”)

We travel the world.

All of my real estate is paid for. We are debt-free without having to declare bankruptcy!

If I can do it, you can do it too.
Would you like help from someone that has actually done it?
I can show you how.

Dr Laura Shwaluk

My dear husband.

Yes, it was difficult.
Yes, we had fears.
Yes, there was tension.
Yes, we struggled.
Yes, it was depressing and felt like we would never get ahead.
Yes, the "what if's" kept popping up. What if this or that happened?

And yet . . .
We always found something to laugh about.
We always made ends meet.
We loved and accepted each other just the way we are.

If we had known differently we would have done differently. That's why we are so set on helping younger businesses owners.

If we can do it, you can do it too! Please reach out to us.

We want to help you.
